Rent-A-Bounce is a family-owned business established in 2022, offering Luxurious Modern bounce houses, soft play packages, and ball pits to the DFW area. Our passion for family drove us from the beginning and continues to push us daily. At Rent-A-Bounce, we believe that life’s a party and even the most basic of items, can make a big difference in the lives of our customers. We strive to make your event feel Luxurious, Modern, and Chic with all the fun for the little ones!

FAQS
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes, securing your booking date requires a $100 deposit. The remaining balance will be due 72 hours before your event date. Deposits are non-refundable however, your deposit can be applied towards a new date if rescheduling is needed. Bouncers and Soft play packages are first come first serve and your date will not be secured until a deposit is received.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments through Zelle, ACH, Debit, & Credit Cards. The payment information will be emailed to you during the booking.
AGE RESTRICTION
All soft play and 8x10 toddler bounce houses have an age restriction of 0-5 years.
To ensure the safety of your babies and toddlers and our equipment.
Failure to comply will resort to damage fees.
RENTAL TIME
All rentals are for 4 hours. Delivery and setups are 1-2 hours before your start time. Set-up time does not take time from your rental period.
All set-ups are to be picked up by 8 PM.
Events ending after 8 PM will include an After Hours Fee of $100.
WHERE CAN WE SET UP?
Our equipment can only be set up on level ground. Setup on turf, concrete, grass, asphalt, or carpet/wood floors is acceptable. We cannot set up on rocks, mud, wet grass, dirt, or gravel. Bounce houses can be set up indoors if proper space is available.
INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS
We understand the weather is unpredictable and it can put a damper on your plans. Safety is our #1 priority and for safety reasons, we will not set up during inclement weather conditions.
It is the renters' responsibility to provide an indoor setup option otherwise, rescheduling will be necessary.
Deposits are non-refundable however, deposits will be transferred onto a different date within a 12-month period.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
If our bounce houses/ball pits / soft play equipment are damaged due to negligence a repair fee will be charged.
A cleaning fee will be charged if it is found that damage to our products has been a result of negligence.
The general rules to ensure respect for our products and safety for all are:
No shoes, No food, drinks, or candy, No confetti, glitter, silly string, or face paint, No rough playing, flips, or climbing on walls, No sharp objects or pets allowed.
Please keep balls inside the ball pit.
Extra charges will apply if balls are not in the ball pit at pick up.
Parental supervision is REQUIRED.
All equipment must stay in the designated play area at all times.
Failure to comply will result in $200+ cleaning/ damage fees.
